Agoseris Monticola

Agoseris is a small genus of annual or perennial herbs in the Asteraceae or sunflower family. Agoseris Monticola is one species that is commonly referred to as the 'mountain dandelion'.

Other species in the genus that resemble the dandelion are are Agoseris apargioides, commonly called the Seaside Agoseris or Seaside false-dandelion; and Agoseris Grandiflora, also called 'bigflower agoseris' and 'grassland agoseris'.
